1. Definitions

In this document: "Platform" means the Aqarwy website and applications. "User" means any person who visits or uses the platform. "Agent" means any person who lists properties for sale or rent. "Listing" means any property published on the platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Use

To use the platform fully, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Keep your account password confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Platform Usage Rules

Users must not:

• Post fake, misleading, or inaccurate property listings.
• Use the platform for any activity that violates Egyptian law.
• Defame other users or post offensive or harmful content.
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or manipulate platform systems.
• Collect other users' data without their consent.

4. Property Listings

When posting a listing on the platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have the right to post the listing as an owner or a licensed agent.
• All information in the listing is accurate and truthful.
• Images and content do not infringe any third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including designs, logos, text, and images — is the exclusive property of Aqarwy or its licensed owners, protected under Egyptian and international intellectual property laws. Copying or reusing any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Aqarwy operates as an electronic intermediary between buyers and sellers. Therefore:

• The platform is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by agents or owners.
• The platform does not guarantee the completion of any transaction or that a property matches its description.
• The user is solely responsible for verifying a property before entering into any agreement.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Free and paid subscription plans are available for agents. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are not available for consumed subscription periods. All transactions are governed by Egyptian law.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Aqarwy reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms or misuses the platform, without prior notice and without any obligation to compensate.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Egyptian law. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform shall be referred to the competent courts in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt.
